A doorlock control system using a mobile communication terminal and a method are provided to supply a randomly generated authentication number for releasing a doorlock to a user's terminal through a mobile communication network when doorlock releasing is requested by the user, thereby improving security. In case of a doorlock releasing request, a doorlock device(100) inputs a user ID to check whether a user(102) is registered, and transmits an authentication number for doorlock releasing to the user's terminal(104) in SMS(Short Message Service) type through a mobile communication network(106). The network receives the authentication number to transmit the number in SMS type to the user's terminal which demands the doorlock releasing. The terminal receives the authentication number in SMS message type, and displays the number for the user.
