PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly observe the immediately prior location on a transfer-target surface on which a roller member rolls in a coating-film transfer tool having a transfer head with the roller member disposed on the leading end of the head. SOLUTION: The transfer head 9 is equipped with the roller member 11 and a holder member 12 formed in a fork so as to support both ends in the axial direction of the roller member to rotate at two leg sections 12a and 12b. In addition, a space A is formed window-like in the transfer head 9 with the four sides surrounded by the two leg sections of the holder member, a holder center section 12c for integrally connecting the two leg sections and the roller surface of the roller member 11 confronting the holder center section. The presence of this window-like space A allows to observe the immediately prior location on the transfer-target surface on which the roller member 11 rolls by means of the window-like space A, and a transfer operation of coating film can be performed precisely in a desired location on the transfer-target surface.
