PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing an input signal of a first sampling rate. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for processing the input signal of a first sampling rate that comprises the steps of up-sampling the input signal to obtain a second signal; low-pass filtering the second signal to obtain a third signal; time-delaying the second signal and subsequently low-pass filtering the second signal to obtain a fourth signal; weighting the third signal by a first weight factor to obtain a fifth signal, weighting the fourth signal by a second weight factor different from the first weight factor to obtain a sixth signal, and adding the fifth signal and the sixth signal to obtain an output signal of a second sampling rate different from the first sampling rate.
