ELECTRIC PRESSURE RICE COOKER

An electric pressure rice cooker is provided to manage the inner part of a cover sanitarily by flowing rice water moving in inner par of cover through only an inducible flow path installed inside the cover. An electric pressure rice cooker includes a main body(120), an inner pot(80), a cover(110), a water collection part, an induction flow path device, and a waterspout(140). The main body forms a body of the electric pressure rice cooker. The inner pot having an open upper part is installed inside the main body to accommodate foods. The cover is coupled to an upper part of the main body. A rear part of the cover is hinged to an upper end of the main body by a coupling shaft(122) so that the cover is rotated about the coupling shaft to open and close the main body. The cover includes a pressure weight(132), and a vapor discharge device(131). The pressure weight adjusts a pressure in the inner pot. The vapor discharge device discharges vapor through automatic control. A water path connection unit(150) is detachably connected to one side of the main body so as to guide the movement of the flown rice water. The water collection part collects the rice water generated during discharging steam through an air controlling cap and is installed at the upper part of the cover. The induction flow path device discharges the rice water moved through the water collecting part into outside of the cover in opening cover and is detachably installed at inner side of the cover. The waterspout stores the rice water discharged from the water path connection unit.
