<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer head for improving driving efficiency of a piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an inkjet printer head comprises a laminating process for laminating a driving element 40 having a taper surface 40a extending from its upper surface to its bottom surface on an upper surface of an insulating substrate 20, a coating process for coating a resist R on the upper surface of the insulating substrate 20, an upper surface of the driving element 40 and the taper surface 40a, a resist removing process for removing the resist R, a groove forming process for forming a groove G on the driving element 40 from its upper surface side by cutting processing, and an electrode forming process for forming a nickel electrode pattern 21 on a portion which is on the upper surface of the insulating substrate 20, the upper surface of the driving element 40 and the taper surface 40a and from which the resist R is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
