PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a dustproofing/waterproofing member to prevent intrusion of dust and dirt water into a linear motion guide of a cushioning device to elastically support an in-wheel motor. SOLUTION: This in-wheel motor system is devised to adhere a collar 33 on a receiver member 2p for guiding by pressing it thereon by reaction force of a rubber washer 34 by mounting the collar 32 on one end part 31a of a boot body 31 of a bellows having a dustproof and waterproofing function of a boot 30, mounting the rubber washer 34 and a washer 35 on the inner peripheral side of the collar 32 and engaging the washer 35 with a supporting surface 11s of a stepped part 11k provided on the head end side of an outer peripheral part of a rod 11 of the linear motion guide 11A after fixing a cap 33 on a fixing member 13m in mounting the boot 30.
