PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the looseness of a turning arm caused by the elongation of an endless chain. SOLUTION: This pallet cross feeding device 59 cross-feeds a pallet by winding the endless chain 83 around a driven sprocket 71 connected in an integrally rotating manner to a pivot 69 of the turning arm 63, and a drive sprocket 81 connected in an integrally rotating manner to an output shaft of a drive motor 79, and starting the drive motor 79 to turn the turning arm 63. The drive motor 79 and the drive sprocket 81 are installed on a movable frame 75 with one end rotatably supported to a pivot 77 and with the other end constantly energized outward in a traversing path 27 by an energizing implement 85.
