An inverter of an LCD backlight is provided to output a voltage without the distortion of a transformer by outputting the voltage without switching noise to the transformer in driving an inverter switching unit. An inverter of an LCD backlight includes an inverter switching unit(20), a transformer(21), a backlight unit(22), a controller(23), a gate driving unit(24), and a noise removal unit. The inverter switching unit(20) converts a DC voltage to an AC voltage. The transformer(21) boosts a voltage and outputs the voltage to the backlight unit(22). The backlight unit(22) receives a signal(F/B) fed back from the backlight unit(22) and irradiates the light on an LCD panel. The controller(23) receives the signal(F/B), controls a switching time of an inverter(20), and outputs the switching time to the gate driving unit(24). The gate driving unit(24) drives the inverter(20) in a controlled switching time. The noise removal unit removes the noise of the inverter switching unit. |
