PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor formation of calcium phosphate compound and a manufacturing method thereof, which are useful for analysis and the like of various reaction, arising within the living body and capable of forming filmy ceramic crystal film that can suppress the occurrences of cracks and nonconformities, such as peeling of a substrate by employing the compound the method to improve the characteristics biomedical ceramic crystal with the electrophoresis depositing method. SOLUTION: By making electrophoretic deposition of the crystals of calcium phosphate compound on a conductive substrate, as well as irradiating ultrasonic wave to them, a biosensor formation is constituted into a nano-thin film by nanocrystal of calcium phosphate compound on the conductive substrate.
