<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DLL circuit capable of promptly recovering a normal operation state in the DLL circuit in a standby state, and to provide a semiconductor device including the DLL circuit, and an electronic apparatus including the semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: The DLL circuit comprises a delay signal generating circuit for generating a delay signal from an inputted clock signal; a phase comparing circuit for generating a control signal, based on a phase difference between the delay signal and the clock signal; and a charge pump circuit for raising the voltage level of the control signal. The DLL circuit is made to be the standby state when a switch circuit blocks the input of the clock signal to the delay signal generating circuit. The DLL circuit also comprises a leak detecting circuit for detecting the occurrence of a prescribed amount of leak in a boost capacitor arranged in the charge pump circuit when the DLL circuit is in the standby state; and a charging control circuit for starting charging the capacitor, based on the detection of the leak by the leak detecting circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
