PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical analogue useful in producing a conjugate useful in the development of an antibody recognizing 6-MAM(6-monoacetylmorphine) and 6-MAC(6-monoacetylcodeine) and also useful in an immunoassay for detecting 6-MAM and 6-MAC. SOLUTION: The chemical analogue is a compound of the structure shown in the figure, wherein R is a saturated or unsaturated and substituted or nonsubstituted straight chain or branched chain containing a 0-10 carbon atom(s) or heteroatom(s), L is a linker group containing 0-2 substituted or nonsubstituted aromatic ring(s), X is NH or O, and Y is an activated ester group.
