PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device for regulating a tank inner pressure for easily installing a valve device for regulating a seal gas pressure, reducing an installation cost and for installing with no large scale modification work on the roof of an existing storage tank in installing in the existing storage tank. SOLUTION: This valve device 10 for regulating a tank inner pressure installed on a gas seal tank which shuts off the outer air by covering the top face of a storage liquid with a seal gas is directly and integrally connected with a main valve device 3 having an exhaust valve 8 which opens and exhausts the gas when the inner pressure in the tank is above a set value and a valve device 4 for regulating a seal gas pressure which refills/supplies the seal gas when the seal gas pressure in the tank becomes lower than the set value.
