A cooling system for an electric motor is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of the electric motor by removing the heat which is generated between a stator and a housing. A cooling system for an electric motor includes a rotor(10), a stator(20), a housing(30), a front bearing housing(40), a rear bearing housing(50), a cooling oil inlet hole, and a cooling oil outlet hole. The rotor is inserted into the stator. The housing receives the stator. The front bearing housing is fixed at a front surface of the housing. The rear bearing housing is fixed at a rear surface of the housing. The cooling oil inlet hole and the cooling oil outlet hole are formed at the inner wall of the front or rear bearing housing.
