A high concentration wastewater agitator which simplifies feeding structure of the additives while increasing the reaction efficiency of wastewater to be treated and additives is provided. A high concentration wastewater agitator(100) comprises: a supporting frame(110) installed on an upper part of a reactor(200) to support the reactor; a shaft(120) rotatably extending downward into the reactor through the supporting frame; a drive source for rotationally driving the shaft; an impeller(130) which is connected to a lower end of the shaft, and on which a plurality of vanes(131) are formed; a plurality of additive injection pipes(140,150) in which hollow parts(141,151) are formed, and which have vertical parts(143,153) and bent parts(145,155) to discharge additives injected through the hollow parts through ends(147,157) of the bent parts; a blocking plate(180) connected to the additive injection pipes in a zone between the supporting frame and the impeller to induce downward rotation of the fluid by interrupting a fluid agitated and ascended by the impeller; and a wastewater injection pipe(160) formed on the reactor to receive wastewater to be treated at a position lower than that of the impeller.
