PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter that hardly generates an unnecessary frequency component of an ultrasonic element and can secure the measurement stability and measurement resolution over a long term. SOLUTION: The frequency characteristic of the ultrasonic element and that of a receiving circuit are made the same. Thus, a received signal output when the ultrasonic element receives ultrasonic wave is amplified, but the other unnecessary frequency component is hardly amplified.
