The inscription area is rigidly connected with clipping device. The bottle neck enfolds a label (6), which sticks on the inscription area, and is detachable. The label is describable or imprintable by hand. The clipping device enfolds clip arms (3) to partially cover, the bottle neck in clipping condition.
