An antenna structure is provided to improve a grounding force of an antenna by using a vehicle body as a ground point by connecting a minus terminal of the antenna base to a vehicle panel. An antenna structure includes a vehicle panel(1), an antenna insulator(2), an antenna fixing unit(3), an antenna base(4), and an earth plate(6). The antenna insulator(2) is inserted into an assembly hole which is formed on the vehicle body(1). The antenna fixing unit(3) is connected to be inserted into the assembly hole which is formed to penetrate the antenna insulator(2) upward/downward. The antenna base(4) has a minus terminal and a plus terminal which are formed to be integrated with the antenna fixing unit(3). The earth plate(6) grounds the antenna base(4) with the vehicle panel. An end of the earth plate(6) is inserted into the antenna insulator(2) and is connected to the vehicle panel(1) in a plurality of points. The other end of the earth plate(6) is formed to be extended to the antenna base(4), and is contacted with an outer circumference plane of the antenna base(4).
