An imaging apparatus is provided to prevent transmission of heat or sound between an imaging block and a recording media. An imaging apparatus includes a display part, a camera housing member(5), and a cover. The display part is rotatably installed at a main body to 90 degrees. The camera housing member accommodates a camera. A predetermined recording medium drive, for example, a hard disc drive(32) is disposed at a recording medium accommodating part(17) formed at a right side surface(8a) of the camera housing member. The hard disc drive is accommodated in the recording medium accommodating part by an accommodating cover(6). Dampers(35) are installed at both upper sides of the hard disc drive. The dampers are formed of a rubber material.
