<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves making an incision (110) in the meat such that incision is extended to bones lying under meat. The incision is formed in area between breast fillet and other muscle tissue e.g. abdominal muscle tissue that does not form portion of breast fillet, such that it substantially follows the shape of breast fillet. The breast fillet is detached from bone region of the carcass (1). #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) device for processing carcass; (2) scraper; and (3) system for processing carcass. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# For processing carcass of slaughtered poultry. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Since preliminary incision is performed, subsequent manual trimming for the harvested fillets is not required. Thus labor cost is reduced. Greater yield of meat can be achieved as the incision follows the anatomy of the breast fillet accurately.
