PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in vivo image display device allowing a user to observe an image inside a body cavity while consulting results of image processing. SOLUTION: A viewer 7 displaying image data on a display section 11 based on radio signals from a capsule type endoscope introduced inside a subject is so formed that an image processing circuit 35 processes the image data input from a receiving device 5 via an interface 34, and a control section 38 acquires the image processing results of the image data by the image processing circuit 35 and displays the image and the image processing results on the display section 11 in real time.
