A system and a method for measuring a display at multi-angles are provided to complete the quantification of non-uniformity defects on a panel by means of a human visual model, thereby applying to the production line. A non-uniformity imaging unit picks up the image of a display panel by means of a multi-angle imaging device. A non-uniformity image processing unit analyzes, discerns and classifies the image of the display panel. A database unit completes the interactive processing and analysis database and offers the interface and interactive search functions. The multi-angle imaging device includes plural image sensing devices. The plural image sensing device includes a center image sensor device(31) installed at the front view of the display panel. An upper image sensor device(32) is installed at the upper portion of the vertical view of the display panel. A lower image sensor device(33) is installed at the lower portion of the vertical view of the display panel. A left image sensor device(34) is installed at the left portion of the horizontal view of the display panel. A right image sensor device(35) is installed at the right portion of the horizontal view of the display panel.
