A variable geometry turbocharger structure for securing the minimum passage of a vane is provided to show the highest power efficiency in low speed/high speed sections of the vehicle in which the VGT is installed. A variable geometry turbocharger structure for securing the minimum passage of a vane includes a rotational arm(4) and an inner rod(2). The rotational arm is installed in a center housing(3) of a variable geometry turbocharger and is connected to an actuator rod(5). The inner rod is formed in the rotational arm. A protruding piece is separated from the upper side of the rotational arm in which the inner rod is formed so that the minimum passage of the exhaust gas flowing through the vane can be secured.
