<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a navigation apparatus for vehicle to perform suitable drawing control corresponding to the performance of a display to be connected. <P>SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus for vehicle specifies (step 310) the display characteristic of the display to be connected to an interface included in the navigation apparatus itself, selects (step 320) one of a plurality of image display forms having different degrees of details of display contents as a selected image display form on the basis of the specified display characteristic and displays (steps 330, 340) the image on displays (21 to 24) by the selected image display form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
