<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical fuel cell system, having high performance and high durability, and enhancing durability of the whole fluorine system electrolyte in the fuel cell system using the whole fluorine system electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 10 is equipped with a polymer electrolyte fuel cell 20, a humidifying passage 70 for supplying water and/or water vapor to the polymer electrolyte fuel cell and/or for recovering water and/or water vapor exhausted from the polymer electrolyte fuel cell 20, and a sacrifice agent/surface active agent supply means supplying at least one kind of sacrifice agent having a function stabilizing a peroxide or extinguishing a peroxide radical by reaction with the peroxide or the peroxide radical and at least one kind of surface active agent to the humidifying passage 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
