FLOW CONTROL VALVE

A flow control valve (1) in which the position of a differential screw is easily locked without displacing the adjusted position of the valve element. Operation members (11, 13) ,to which the valve element (8) brought into contact with or separated from a valve seat (7) formed between a first port (5) and a second port (6) is connected, are movably inserted into a cover (4) and energized by an energizing member (16) in the direction toward the valve seat. The position of the valve element (8) is adjusted by adjusting the positions of the operation members (11, 13) with use of the differential screw. A rotating member (21) for imparting a rotating force to the differential screw is installed on the cover (4) so as to be slidable in the moving direction of the operating members (11, 13) without rotation. The rotating member (21) has a lock part (25) non-rotatably engaged with the cover (4) when the rotating member is slid along the moving direction of the operation members (11, 13).
