PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow other users to correctly determine that a user in a monitored area has returned home and that he or she has gone out. SOLUTION: A security device 110 includes a user database 117 for storing user information where user IDs characteristic of users including parents and children, distinction information showing the distinctions between the parents and the children, and the parents' addresses are registered in association with one another; an RFID sensing part 103 for accepting the input of the user ID by each user at the entrance of a dwelling unit; an authenticating part 153 for performing user authentication by performing collation to see if the user ID accepted by the RFID sensing part 103 matches the user ID registered in the user information; an operation display part 102 for accepting an outing signal sent by the child authenticated by the authenticating part 153 at the entrance of the dwelling unit; and an outing process part 158 for sending outing information to the parent's address when the outing signal is accepted by the operation display part 102.
