The proposed method for simulating osteoarthrosis with synovitis can be used in studying different stages of osteoarthrosis and effect of pharmacological preparations on the progress of the osteoarthrosis. The method consists in introducing vitamin A to the articulations of experimental rats for two days in an amount of 13.5 - 13.9 kg per 1 kg of the mass of the animal.
