<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly make an additional order for preventing downtime due to stockout or an apparatus failure due to deterioration of a consumable product through overstock, thereby achieving constant and smooth operation of an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Image formation devices 1 and 2 are connected to a LAN 3, to which the management server device 4 and terminal devices 5 and 6 are connected. An optional one among the terminal devices 5 and 6 connected to the LAN 3 is connected to the Internet 7 as a management terminal. When the management server device 4 serves as a gate server at the same time, the terminal device 6 may be connected to the Internet 7 via the management server device 4. To the Internet 7, order receipt servers 8 and 12 of optional consumable product dealer are connected, and order information received by the order receipt serves 8 and 12 is transferred to delivery systems 9 and 13.
