PARKING ASSISTING SYSTEM

A parking assisting system for moving or turning a target parking frame easily and quickly up to an appropriate position. The system has a means for setting a target parking position of a vehicle by the target parking frame displayed superposed on an actual image of the surroundings of the vehicle, and guides the vehicle to the target parking position set by the target parking position setting means. A target parking frame initially displayed on a touch display is moved to a position indicated by a coordinate point specified by touch operation.
