PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant temperature and constant humidity air conditioning system using a versatile package type cooling exclusive air conditioner having a throughput suiting a load in a constant temperature and constant humidity air-conditioned room, suiting a comparatively small blow-out temperature difference, and a comparatively large blow-out air amount required in the constant temperature and constant humidity air-conditioned room, providing accurate temperature and humidity control, and capable of reducing an initial cost and a running cost. SOLUTION: The constant temperature and constant humidity air conditioning system 10 is provided with an air conditioning unit 13 including the versatile package type cooling exclusive air conditioner 11 and a heater 12, a supply chamber 15 connected to a main duct 14 extended from the air conditioning unit, a humidifier 16 connected to the main duct, and a circulation blower sending return air taken in from the constant temperature and constant humidity air-conditioned room to the main duct and the supply chamber. The air conditioner 11 is provided with a cooler 11a, a blower 11b, a return air intake 11c for taking in the return air of the constant temperature and constant humidity air-conditioned room, and an outside air inlet 11d for taking in outside air.
