FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has S-shaped contour of circular or rectangular cross-section and is manufactured from elastic material having openings at rounded ends. The contour is like S letter or its mirror reflection having the upper arc along longitudinal axis, coinciding with vertical axis and transecting the contour at three points, smoothly transforms into the lower round arc of greater height. The arcs have heights being in 1 : (2.5-3.2) proportion. The whole S-shaped contour height along the longitudinal axis corresponds to internal diameter of capsule sack. When implanting capsule sack, contour is pulled into the injector by applying working instrument force to upper arc of the S-shaped contour in maximum curvature zone directed from the longitudinal contour axis in perpendicular to it. The contour is brought under the anterior capsule above the intraocular lens setting it with the longitudinal axis in perpendicular to the longitudinal intraocular lens axis. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness off treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
