<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector module incorporated in a server which is improved in assembling performance with the server as a unit by reducing the number of mother board. <P>SOLUTION: The connector module has a printed-circuit board 70, board side connectors 63-1-63-4 mounted on the surface of the printed-circuit board arranged each by two on a low column and a high column, a mounting connector 65 mounted on the rear face of the printed-circuit board, and a shield cover member 62 which is fixed to the printed-circuit board and covers the mounting connector.
