PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive recording medium cartridge to which identification information capable of facilitating the management of a photosensitive recording medium in distribution or in library is imparted without affecting the light shielding performance and dust prevention performance thereof. SOLUTION: An RFID tag 100 is loaded on the outer peripheral portion of a disk storage part 3 of a cartridge body 25 for rotatably storing a disk-like photosensitive recording medium 4 so as to hold the medium 4 between an upper side shell 31 and a lower side shell 30 and on an inner position in the cartridge body 25 which is an approximate center in the width dimension of the cartridge body 25 and an approximate center in the thickness dimension to read/write the identification information in a non-contact state.
