PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a cleaning device for an ink-jet head part for printing on a printing tape in a simple and compact configuration. SOLUTION: An ink-jet head part 9 for printing is disposed on the front side of a printing tape 2 to be conveyed. A supporting plate 27 is disposed on the rear side of the printing tape 2. An insertion hole 26 is formed in the supporting plate 27 as well as through holes 17 are formed in the printing tape 2 at an optional interval in the longitudinal direction thereof. By advancing a nozzle part cleaning means 13 disposed on the rear side of the supporting plate 27, a purge part and a wiper part on the front side are contacted with the front surface of a nozzle part 9a of the ink-jet head part 9 via the insertion hole 26 and the through hole 17. An ink is forcibly ejected from the nozzle part 9a so that it is received by the purge part of the nozzle part cleaning means 13. Then, by reciprocally moving the same along the longitudinal direction of the printing tape 2, the surface of the nozzle part 9a can be wiped by a pair of right and left rubber blades 16a, 16a. |
