PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for securing strength of a cage of a planetary roller screw device and reducing noise in motion of the planetary roller screw device. SOLUTION: The planetary roller screw device 1 comprises a central screw shaft 2 having a shaft screw 3 on its outer peripheral face, a nut 4 having a nut screw 5 on its inner peripheral face, a plurality of planetary rollers 6 having roller screws 10 engaged with the shaft screw 3 and the nut screw 5 on outer peripheral faces, and the cage 11 for retaining projecting shaft portions 7 formed on both end portions of the planetary rollers 6. Retaining holes 12 of the cage 11 retaining the projecting shaft portions 7 of the planetary roller screw device 1 are formed into slotted holes long in the radial direction of the case 11.
