PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice guidance system where a specific sound piece and guidance can be confirmed by deciding a guidance reproduced separately from a testing call and selecting designation of a variable word. SOLUTION: The system has a telephone terminal for receiving a voice guidance; a call control means for performing call control of the telephone terminal using a communication protocol; a guidance sending means for transmitting the voice guidance to a voice terminal; a guidance control means for receiving connection instruction from a call control means, composing the voice guidance of an object to be tested in the case of instruction to the testing call, and transmitting the voice guidance to the guidance sending means; and a control terminal for setting or controlling the voice guidance to be transmitted in the case of testing to the guidance control means.
