PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a snow-melting side ditch block which can house a conductive cable for carrying electricity to a heating element. SOLUTION: A channel is formed at a step of the upper edge of a U-letter-shaped side ditch block. The conductive cable for supplying electricity to the heating element is housed in the channel, and connected to have a T-letter shape at a predetermined position. The connection part is covered with and protected by a T-letter shaped connection cover filled with silicone or the like. The connection cover is housed in a recess formed at the step in a similar manner as the case of the channel, and thereby the conductive cable is not exposed to the outside of the side ditch, a favorable appearance is obtained, and a fault like disconnection can be prevented.
