The combination has a closed fluid loop between a porous burner (4) and a tesla boundary layer turbine (10), where variable cross section of a turbine outlet controls inner pressure of the turbine. A compressor is provided at a connection of side parts of the turbine, where exhaust gas is directed along the parts. An electronic controller changes-over fuel vaporization temperature of different fuels of a switching device for a tank.
