PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-intercepting blade for optical equipment, the light-intercepting blade being highly rigid, lightweight and inexpensive by using a material obtained by coating the surface of a liquid crystal polymer substrate with paint, to provide a manufacturing method for the light-intercepting blade and, in particular, to improve reliability of the light-intercepting blade by enhancing adhesion with the paint. SOLUTION: The light-intercepting blade for the optical equipment is configured of a sheet obtained by coating the surface of the substrate whose main material is a liquid crystal polymer with the paint. The total film thickness of the sheet is 50μm to 200μm. The surface roughness Ra of the substrate whose main material is the liquid crystal polymer is 0.1μm to 3.0μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
