PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection server 20 capable of giving notification of a user terminal 11, in which an HTML mail display function is enabled, to an administrator of the user terminal 11. SOLUTION: This inspection server 20 is provided with an address storage part 204 storing an electronic mail address of a user with its ID, an administrator information storage part 205 storing an electronic mail address of the administrator with an ID of the user electronic mail address, a mail transmission part 200 sending an electronic mail, in which a script instructing a browser inside the user terminal 11 to make access to the inspection server 20 and to notify the ID in access is written, to the electronic mail address corresponding to the ID, and a communication part 201, which acquires the electronic mail address of the administrator of the electronic mail address corresponding to the ID from the administrator information storage part 205 in receipt of the ID with the access and sends an electronic mail to the acquired electronic mail address of the administrator.
