PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support program and device of a structure for generating a properly shaped structure model with relative small calculation amounts only by setting a load value including loaded cyclic loading and a target value. SOLUTION: This design support program is provided to execute first processing to calculate and set the stress value of each cell in design material information and loading information including cyclic loading, second processing to define a first cell in a design region as a target cell, and to compare the stress values of the target cell and the neighboring cell with the target stress value, third processing to set the target cell and an input value from the neighboring cell to the target cell based on the comparison result and input value conditions, fourth processing to add the total value of input values and a value calculated by performing an arithmetic operation to the current potential value of the target cell to calculate the new potential value of the cell, and fifth processing to compare the potential value of the calculation result with a predetermined threshold and sixth processing to set new design materials in the target cell based on the comparison result and to remove the design materials from the target cell, and to maintain the design materials.
