PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system which can realize a robust program execution environment without altering an existing program. SOLUTION: An OS core 11 receives an access request from a subject 21 and asks a resource determination function 13 whether it can accept the access request. The resource determination function 13 determines whether an access request to an object 12a is permitted or not based on the accumulated contents in an access control policy database 16 and determines an available amount of the object 12a when the subject 21 uses the object 12a. Then, when the determination that the access request is acceptable is returned to the OS core 11, the OS core 11 executes the accepted access request.
