PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a movable ring in a solid-liquid separation apparatus which has a plurality of fixing rings disposed with intervals axially by spacers, a movable ring disposed between the respective fixing rings, a plurality of stay bolts for fixing and connecting the plurality of fixing rings, and a screw extended inside the fixing rings and movable ring, and a driving device rotary driving the screw, wherein the inner diameter of the movable ring is set smaller than the outer diameter of the screw. SOLUTION: The screw 21 is removably connected to the driving device, and the stay bolt 35 is slidably fitted in a long hole 33 formed in the fixing ring 28. Normally, the stay bolt 35 is fixed at a first position from which the movable ring 29 does not come off between the adjacent fixing rings 28. When replacing the movable ring 29, the stay bolt 35 is moved to a second position from which the movable ring 29 can be taken out of the gap between the adjacent fixing rings 28.
