The unroller has a round and hollow body (1) for storing two plastic adhesive tape reels unrolling in opposite direction and two parallel elastic arms to adhere the reel around the branch of a plant and its prop. The arms form a compression zone (7) which permits to install guiding rollers (4), compression rollers (5) and a balancing knife (8) using the perpendicular notches on the body and the cover.
