<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which effects of a tint block intended by a document creator can be surely and easily achieved by embedding the tint block so as to be hardly recognized on a document, to ensure secrecy and to be easily detected when reading the document. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprising a tint block embedding function for embedding a latent image pattern which cannot be recognized on created duplication when copying a document but appears to be recognized when copying the duplication is provided. As the tint block embedding function, a pattern in a predetermined shape representing instruction information which is read by a predetermined device to carry out specific processing based on the device when copying the duplication on the device is included as at least a part of said latent image pattern. Furthermore, the image forming apparatus includes an instruction information storage means for storing a plurality of pieces of the instruction information, and an information patterning means for patterning each of the instruction information stored by the instruction information storage means as a pattern in a predetermined shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
