PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing device and a paper dust removing method having a high efficiency in collecting paper dust attaching onto a surface of a printing web. SOLUTION: The paper dust removing device 10 for a printing machine of the invention comprises at least two or more rollers 14 opposed to the printing web 40 and a fiber belt 12 rotatively contacting with the printing web 40 and formed with raising fibers on an outer surface, wherein a wiping-off face 16 for contacting with the printing web 40 is formed between the rollers 14. In this case, narrowing parts 17 for wrapping around shafts between the rollers may be formed on end openings of the fiber belt 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
