PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and readily apply an eyelash cosmetic substance without damaging eyelashes. SOLUTION: An eyelash cosmetic applicator 1 includes a pair of eyelash-pressing members 34 and 35 separating from or contacting with each other and holding the roots of the eyelashes from above and below when contacting with each other, and a pair of squeezing members 22 and 23 separating from or approaching each other in association with the separation or contact of the eyelash-pressing members 34 and 35. The pair of squeezing members 22 and 23 kept in proximity to each other is moved from a position adjacent to the eyelash-pressing members 34 and 35 toward the ends of the eyelashes.
