A STICK WITH VISION RECOGNITION FOR THE BLIND

A walk guiding device for the blind with an image recognition function is provided to help a walker to walk safely walk by transferring information about a location and direction to the walker using a camera and a digital signal processor. The walk guiding device for the blind with an image recognition function includes a camera(100) for obtaining image information, a controller(400) having a digital processor board for extracting and recognizing useful information from the obtained image information, and a plurality of vibration plates(301,302,303) for transferring a location, direction information, and a distance obtained through the data processing to a user.
