An organic light emitting display element is provided to enhance a light emitting efficiency by increasing an interface property between layers by placing a low molecular organic material between light emitting layers. In an organic light emitting display element, first and second electrodes(210,260) are formed on an upper face of a substrate(200). Light emitting layers(230,232) with at least more than two-layers are placed between the first electrode(210) and the second electrode(260). An organic electric charge transporting layer(240) with more than one layer is placed between the light emitting layers(230,232). At least more than one thin-film transistor is included between the substrate(200) and the first electrode(210).
