The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornament of the design of a cable clip having a first member and a second member; the inner end sections of the first and second members merge into a pivot section having a generally cylindrical outer surface; the pivot section has flat end surfaces one of which has a cylindrical depression therein and a central short cylindrical projection situated at the base of the cylindrical depression; the first member curves away from the pivot section and merges into an outer end section of the first member; the first member has a generally H-shaped cross-section defined by an inner wall and an outer wall with an intermediate wall extending between the inner and outer walls in the portion of the first member from adjacent the pivot section to the outer end section of the first member; in an open position, the narrow outer end section of the first member has generally parallel side surfaces, a smooth curved inner surface and a serrated outer surface; the second member curves away from the pivot section and merges into a hollow outer end section; the second member has a generally H-shaped cross-section defined by an inner wall and an outer wall with an intermediate wall extending between the inner and outer walls in the portion of the second member from adjacent the pivot section to the hollow outer end section thereof; the hollow outer end section of the second member has generally parallel side walls, a curved end surface, a smooth curved outer surface which is recessed relative to the other side walls adjacent one end of the outer end section, and an elongated generally rectangular opening in the other end of the hollow outer end section; the generally rectangular opening is shaped to receive the narrow curved end section of the first member; the outer surface of the hollow outer end section has a projection adjacent the generally rectangular opening in the end thereof, the projection having parallel side surfaces, a front surface extending at right angles to the side surfaces, a sloped rear surface, and a rounded top surface; in a closed position, narrow outer end section of the first member extends into the rectangular opening of the hollow outer end section of the second member.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right side perspective view of the design of a cable clip with the first member in an open position;Fig. 2 is a left side perspective view of the cable clip rotated counter clockwise through 90º with the first member in an open position;Fig. 3 is a right side elevation view of the cable clip with the first member in an open position;Fig. 4 is a front elevation view of the cable clip with the first member in an open position;Fig. 5 is a left side elevation view of the cable clip with the first member in an open position;Fig. 6 is a rear elevation view of the cable clip with the first member in an open position;Fig. 7 is a top view of the cable clip with the first member in an open position;Fig. 8 is a bottom view of the cable clip with the first member in an open position; andFig. 9 is a left side perspective view of the cable clip with the first member in a closed position.Diagrams of the design are included. |
